Prenatal Yoga - will feature postures and poses to strengthen and lengthen the body for birth with the last bit of class will incorporate prenatal restorative poses to restore the body to a parasympathetic state.
Jennifer is an Integrative Nutritionist and Chef studying at the Maryland University of Integrative Health with a focus on Clinical Nutrition. Previously she worked as a personal chef for numerous families and entrepreneurs assisting with meal preparation and events. She received her 200 hour certification at Skyting Yoga under Chloe Kernaghan and Krissy Jones as well as her 85 hour pre/postnatal certification at Love Child Yoga with Neelu Shruti. She currently teaches prenatal as well as baby & me classes at Love Child Yoga in the West Village of New York City. She currently splits her time between NYC and Millbrook with her husband Peter and her dog King Louis.
