Jenna Dancy RYT 200
Finding yoga on a whim in college, Jenna thought it would just be a fitness credit that helped her graduate. Then, she fell in love by the end of the semester. After an on-and-off love affair for almost a decade, Jenna rediscovered her passion for yoga during her second pregnancy as she practiced prenatal yoga until her delivery. She believes that yoga awakens a greater connection with your intuition and encourages you to feel strong in your body.
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition at age 21, Jenna began her journey to natural wellness. She is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She left the corporate world in 2016 after her daughter was born, and started her own health coaching practice and launched her podcast Gratitude and Grace available on iTunes. She uses a combination of real foods, essential oils, and yoga to fight back against her diagnosis.
Jenna received her RYT 200 HR from Rainbow Body Yoga in Red Hook, NY. Jenna is pursuing additional training in prenatal yoga to support women through pregnancy and hopes to be teaching prenatal yoga classes soon.
